checkpoint obligations that survive redaction
Git shows what changed. Relay reads Entire Checkpoints to answer what was promised, what remains unproven, and what context is missing — then refuses to call any of it done without evidence.
Identical source. Identical diff. The only difference is how much checkpoint context survived. Watch what the tool refuses to claim once context goes missing.
The privacy boundary is structural, not a filter. An export row has no field that could hold a prompt, so there is nothing to redact at the transport layer.
Three snapshots published to Databricks. An obligation proven in snapshots 1 and 2 stops being proven in snapshot 3 — a regression no diff of the current commit can reveal, because nothing in it records that the thing used to be true.
